Before I recount my experience in the Italian ER, I wanted to share this little thought: Some days I feel like I'll never learn Italian. Learning another language has been one of the biggest thorns in my side...it's just not something I'm ever going to be great at. Kinda like algebra, or geography, or resisting goldfish crackers. Mostly, I think I'm a visual learner and so sitting in front of an Italian grammar book is intimidating and makes me sweat like a pig. Well, I saw this on a blog I've been following and just had to share it...hoping there will be more soon! At least if I can't speak the correct words, maybe my gestures can fill in the blanks???
